7. Cookies and Similar Technologies
7.1 Cookies
Cookies are small text files placed on your device by websites you visit. They are widely used to make websites work, remember preferences, and provide information to site owners.
We and our partners use cookies to:
Recognize you when you return to the Site;
Remember your settings and preferences;
Understand how you use the Site;
Customize content and ads; and
Improve performance and security.
Most browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can typically modify your browser settings to decline cookies or notify you when cookies are being set. If you disable cookies, some Site features may not function properly.
7.2 Web Beacons and Pixels
Web beacons (also known as pixel tags or clear GIFs) are tiny graphics embedded in web pages or emails. They help us:
Count visitors;
Understand usage and campaign performance; and
Determine whether emails have been opened, clicked, or forwarded.
7.3 Local Storage / Flash Cookies
Local storage objects (including older Flash-based local shared objects) may be used to store information on your device for certain features (for example, remembering settings or tracking ad performance). You can manage or delete many of these through your browser or device settings, and for older Flash-based objects via Adobe’s settings tools.
7.4 Third-Party Cookies and Tracking
Third parties (such as ad networks, analytics providers, and social platforms) may set cookies or similar technologies on your device when you visit our Site or interact with our content. Their use of cookies and tracking is governed by their own privacy policies.
8. Personalized Ads and Your Choices
We may work with partners who help deliver ads based on your interests and online activity over time and across different websites and apps (“interest-based” or “personalized” advertising).
8.1 Google Services
We may use:
Google Ads / AdWords
Google Analytics and related advertising features (e.g., Display Network Impression Reporting, Demographics and Interests Reporting, and integrations with other Google ad tools)
These services use cookies and similar technologies to collect Usage Data and help us and Google understand how the Site is used and how ads perform.
Choices and opt-outs (Google):

8.2 Facebook Custom Audiences
We may use Facebook Custom Audiences to display ads to people on our email lists or who have interacted with our Site.
We may provide hashed identifiers (such as email addresses) to Facebook so it can check whether you are a registered user and deliver ads accordingly.
To opt out of our use of your information for Facebook Custom Audiences, email us at the address listed in Section 16 (Contact Us) with a subject line like: “Opt Out of Facebook Custom Audiences,” and include your name and the email address you want excluded.
8.3 Twitter and Other Platforms
We may participate in similar customized audience or conversion tracking programs offered by other platforms (e.g., Twitter/X’s Tailored Audiences, LinkedIn Matched Audiences, etc.). Each platform provides its own tools to opt out of or limit personalized ads; refer to their help resources and privacy policies.
8.4 Industry Opt-Out Tools
You may also use industry-wide opt-out tools, including:
Network Advertising Initiative (NAI):
http://www.networkadvertising.org/choices/
Digital Advertising Alliance (DAA):
http://www.aboutads.info/choices
For mobile apps, you can typically limit personalized ads by adjusting your device’s advertising identifier or privacy settings (e.g., “Limit Ad Tracking” on iOS or “Opt out of Ads Personalization” on Android).
Note: Opting out usually reduces the personalization of ads you see; it does not necessarily stop all online advertising.
9. Analytics
We may use analytics providers to measure traffic and usage trends for the Site.
Google Analytics
Google Analytics is a web analytics service provided by Google LLC. It uses cookies and other technologies to collect information about your use of the Site and to provide reports on activity.
For more information about Google’s practices, visit:
https://policies.google.com/privacy
To opt out of Google Analytics, you can install the browser add-on:
https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout
10. “Do Not Track” Signals
Some browsers include a “Do Not Track” (DNT) setting that sends a signal to websites indicating that you do not want your online activity tracked. There is currently no common industry standard for how to interpret DNT signals, and many websites do not respond to them.
At this time, we do not respond to DNT signals from browsers. If a standardized method is adopted, we may revise our approach and update this Policy.
11. Data Security
We use reasonable technical, administrative, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
Despite these efforts, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the security of any login credentials associated with your use of the Site.
When you submit sensitive information (such as payment card details) through our Site, we use industry-standard encryption (such as SSL/TLS) during transmission.
12. International Transfers
Our business is based in the United States, and your information may be stored or processed in the U.S. or other countries that may have different data protection laws than your country of residence.
By using the Site or providing us with information, you acknowledge that your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States and other jurisdictions as described in this Policy.
13. Your Choices and Rights
13.1 Access and Updates
If you would like to access, correct, or update personal information you have provided, you may:
Use any self-service tools we make available (for example, within an account or profile); or
Contact us using the details in Section 16 (Contact Us).
We may ask you to verify your identity and may decline requests that are unreasonably repetitive, require disproportionate effort, or would affect the rights of others.
13.2 Email Communications
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link provided in those emails or by contacting us. We may still send you service-related or transactional messages (such as receipts, account notices, or important updates about your purchases).
13.3 California Privacy Rights (SB 27-Type Disclosures)
If you are a California resident, you may have the right to request information about how we shared certain categories of personal information with third parties for their direct marketing purposes during the prior calendar year.
To make such a request, please contact us using the information in Section 16 (Contact Us) and include:
“California Privacy Request” in the subject line;
The domain or website you are inquiring about; and
Your name, postal address, and email address.
We will respond in accordance with applicable law.
14. Children’s Privacy
Our Site is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If you believe we may have collected personal information from a child under 13 without appropriate consent, please contact us using the details in Section 16, and we will take appropriate steps to delete such information.
15. Public Areas, User Content, and Links
15.1 Public Discussions and User Content
The Site may include forums, comment sections, or other areas where you can post content publicly. Any information you share in these areas may be viewed, collected, and used by others. Please do not post sensitive personal information in public areas.
We are not responsible for the actions of any third parties who access or use information you make publicly available.
15.2 Links to Other Sites
The Site may contain links to third-party websites, services, or offers (including those of joint venture or marketing partners). If you click such links or engage with those offers:
Your information may be collected directly by those third parties; and
Their privacy policies and terms of use will apply—not this Policy.
We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of external sites. You should review their policies before providing any information.
16. How We Communicate With You
We may use your contact information to:
Send you service or account-related messages;
Provide information about products, services, or content that may interest you;
Ask for feedback or invite you to participate in surveys, promotions, or events.
Some messages may contain personal information (for example, order details). While we take steps to protect email communications, we cannot guarantee that email will always be secure from interception or unauthorized access.
17. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update or modify this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Effective Date” at the top.
Your continued use of the Site after we post changes means you accept the updated Policy. For material changes that significantly affect how we handle previously collected personal information, we may provide additional notice or obtain your consent where required by law.
